London, April 24: Gatwick Airport has once again been ranked the worst airport in the UK, according to a recent passenger satisfaction survey. The findings, based on thousands of traveller responses, pointed to long queues, flight delays, and a lack of seating and cleanliness as the main issues plaguing the airport.

Despite efforts to improve the passenger experience, Gatwick slipped further down the ranks, with complaints also targeting poor signage and overpriced food options. In contrast, smaller regional airports like Doncaster Sheffield and London City were praised for their efficiency and customer service.
This isn’t the first time Gatwick has received such criticism. Travel experts say the airport’s high passenger volume and ongoing staffing shortages could be contributing to its continued poor performance.
